| On top of everything else I have cancer of the vulva 
I'm posting and running as I have to go back to hospital shortly and get another infection under control, dunno how long I'll be in there for this time, but at least no surgery this time.
Unfortunately it's one that would not have been picked up with any amount of smear tests.
